About seedscan

seedscan is a free Minecraft seed map, a set of structure finders, and a growing library of seeds worth playing. Every seed in the library is generated and verified from Minecraft's own world generation — no scraped or made-up coordinates — so what you see on the map is what you spawn into.

How it works

The map and every finder are computed entirely in your browser with cubiomes, an open-source reimplementation of Minecraft's world generator compiled to WebAssembly. Nothing about your seed is sent to a server.

The seed library

New seeds are screened every day for what players actually search for — villages at spawn, rare biomes, loot clusters, strongholds close by — and each one is published with its map, its structures and a short honest note. Open any of them in a finder with one click.
